The Maths Teacher position at this Ofsted-rated 'Good' school is available from Sept-Dec. This role offers flexibility, as the school is open to considering full-time or a part-time job share arrangement. Additionally, there is the potential for this position to transition from temporary to permanent. As a Maths Teacher, you will have the opportunity to teach students and contribute to their mathematical development up to Key Stage 5.

Maths Teacher Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to students across Key Stages 3-5.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting effective learning.
• Tailor your teaching to meet the specific needs of Key Stage 5 students.
• Play a crucial role in shaping students' mathematical knowledge and understanding.

Maths Teacher Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification recognised in the UK, with degree or specialism in Maths.
• Previous experience teaching Maths, particularly up to Key Stage 5.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills with a genuine passion for mathematics and the ability to inspire students.
• Build good relations with the Maths department to ensure cohesive lesson delivery across all classes and group abilities.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Location in Kent and the relevant Right to Work in the UK with an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service required.
