Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Three R’s are a lovely supply agency to work for. Whoever you speak to at Three R’s is always caring, supportive and professional. The agency work around your availability. I have a job share so I only supply work 1 or 2 days a week which has never been a problem. It’s all very flexible whatever your day to day looks like. You can ask to be called prior to the days you can work or you can say you’re available to be called on the day. The agency does their upmost best to ensure you always have work on the days you say you can work. They also try their best to ensure it’s as close to home as possible and within the distance you are willing to travel.
I thoroughly recommend Three R’s.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been with Three R's since October, and they have been brilliant. Every member of their team is friendly, understanding and helpful. They always get back to me with any concerns or questions super quickly. They have great relationships with a lot of school local to me, so have given me lots of opportunities of supply work in some lovely settings.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve been working with Three R’s as my main teaching agency, and I genuinely can’t recommend them highly enough. The entire team is extremely professional, friendly, and exceptionally well organised, making the whole process seamless from start to finish.

Communication is always excellent, and they consistently match me with schools that suit my experience and preferences. I am currently teaching mainly at Grammar Schools, and the quality of placements has been outstanding. The staff are always supportive, approachable, and quick to help whenever needed.

If you're looking for a reliable teaching agency that truly values its teachers and provides high-quality opportunities, I would highly recommend Three R’s. It's been a fantastic experience working with them, many thanks.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I honestly can’t recommend Three R’s Teacher Recruitment highly enough. Being a cover teacher with them has given me the freedom to travel between the UK and New Zealand over the past few years, knowing that I can always return to the UK and pick up meaningful, well-matched work straight away.
They supported me with supply work across both areas of Kent where I was living, and were absolutely fantastic at matching my skills, experience and passions to the right schools. When I was looking for something more long term, they secured me the perfect secondary role teaching my specialist subject, and I am now doing a job that I genuinely love - most days!
Their local knowledge, professionalism and genuine care make a huge difference, especially when you’re relocating or moving between countries. It really helps to know you’re in safe and supportive hands. If you’re thinking about relocating or want flexible work with outstanding support, I couldn’t recommend Three R’s highly enough.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I highly recommend Three R's Teacher Recruitment. Due to a change in my circumstances, I only worked with them for one term but during that time they found me work for every single day that I was available. More often than not, my days in schools were booked in before the actual day which I found very useful. The Three R's staff were also incredibly friendly, helpful and supportive, even sending a lovely welcome pack when I joined and a card with some chocolates at Christmas.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Three R’s have always looked after me as a teacher and helped me progress within my teaching career. After returning to supply teaching after leaving a permanent role for the last six years, Three’s welcomed me in warmly and understood my teaching needs at that time. Everyone on the team is friendly and very professional and always looked for work in the area I wanted. Communication is always clear and all of the team are happy to chat about feedback from schools and what works for me. I have recommended a lot of my teaching friends to join Three R’s when they hear my story and they have always given me great feedback from their experiences.
I started doing day to day supply because it worked for me at the time before progressing to longer term placements, which helped me to build strong relationships and links within different schools. By the end of this summer term Three R’s helped me to secure a permanent role within a school that was the perfect fit for me. Even though I am now contracted within a school for September I know that Three R’s will keep in contact with me to see how I am getting on and if I ever need them again in the future I know they will welcome me back with open arms. I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done for me within my teaching career.
