Social Responsibility

Three R’s and Corporate Social Responsibility

At Three R’s Teacher Recruitment, we believe we have a responsibility, both as a company and as individuals to give back to society. This is why we support, either as sponsors or simply through donations, the following:

Walk to School – Proud Sponsors Since June 2012
The KM Walk to School scheme has grown over the years and many children/schools participate in a walk to school initiative. The scheme provides a great resource to schools and encourages a healthy start and care for the environment.

Teacher of the Year – Proud Sponsors Since October 2010
Three R’s have sponsored Kent Teacher of the Year since 2010 and look forward to being part of the judging and awards ceremony every year. The event recognises all the hard working education staff in Kent and it is an honour to be part of.

In partnership with the KM CHARITY TEAM, we have joined forces to promote Green Championships and our team has chosen an ambassador to support the cause.

We have also shown support for the following;
Demelza House Children’s Hospice
Cystic Fibrosis Trust

Kent Cooks – Proud Sponsors Since August 2013
Kent’s very own MasterChef for children and families is sponsored by Three R’s. The aim is to develop the confidence and abilities of young people to prepare meals to a fixed budget, as well as to increase awareness of healthy options and locally grown Kentish produce. Our team enjoy the tasty offerings on judging day and relish seeing first-hand the achievements of pupils at some of the schools we work with.

Each year we also support Anti-Bullying Week and organise special assemblies for our schools to help raise awareness for the cause. Alongside our assemblies, we run a ‘Caught you Caring’ Campaign where schools nominate worthy pupils.
