Occasionally an incident may occur that would leave you dissatisfied with the teacher placed in your school or dissatisfied with our service. If this is the case, please contact your Education Consultant (0345 130 3338) and alert them to the circumstances. We can then begin our complaints procedure to ensure a rapid response to your complaint and ensure the correct action is taken.
