Three R’s Teacher Recruitment are delighted to share some important news about our leadership. Whilst for some, a change like this can be met with unsteady footing, we’re very pleased and excited to confirm that this leadership change sees a familiar face stepping into a new role here at Three R’s.
After many years of dedication, Rebecca has decided to step down from her role as Director. We are incredibly grateful for everything she has done in creating Three R’s and shaping it into the trusted, community-focused agency it is today, and we wish her all the very best in her next steps.
And we are pleased to announce that Nicki will be stepping up from Education Manager to Director.
Having been part of Three R’s for 15 years, and managing operations for over half a decade, this transition will be a smooth and natural one. Our structure, systems, and the way we work day-to-day will remain exactly the same — so please rest assured:
It is very much business as usual.
From our new Director:
“The decision to step into this role was an easy one for a simple reason: our team.
I am incredibly proud of the fantastic group of ladies we have here at Three R’s. Their commitment to supporting teachers and schools across Kent is unwavering, and their passion for education shines through in everything they do. They prioritise our candidates and clients with genuine care and professionalism, and I am honoured to continue leading them as we move forward.
We will continue to be here for you, offering the same support, communication, local knowledge, and personal approach that you have always relied on. And as always, if you ever have any questions or need guidance, we are only a phone call away.
Thank you for your continued trust in us.”
– Nicki
