How does supply teaching work?
It first starts with an initial phone call to establish what you are looking for and to get to know your dedicated consultant that will look after you throughout the whole process. Once this has taken place you will be invited to an interview to go through things in more detail, the interview itself will give you the ability to tell us what days you would like to work and also the geographical areas that you are willing to travel to. It will also give us the chance to explain things to you like daily rates and holiday pay.
Following the interview and in receipt of the relevant identification documents we then proceed with our compliance checks, these include DBS checks and references to name a few. Once everything is in place you will be ready to start your Three R’s journey.

What do our current teachers say about working for Three R’s as a supply teacher?
“ I have been working for 3R’s since September last year and the Secondary team has consistently found placements for me both short and long term. Communication is excellent, and I particularly appreciate the supportive phone calls – there is very much an ethos of belonging to a team and any concerns or issues can be resolved quickly in a friendly but professional manner. Feedback is important in a supply teaching context and this consistent two-way process provides stability and confidence for a supply teacher. I cannot recommend 3R’s highly enough for their professional, supportive and caring attitude.”
