We have been working with schools across Kent, mostly on a day-to-day short term supply basis where the demand has increased for on-call cover to help with last minute absences. However, increasingly so, schools and teachers are enjoying their placements so much that they choose to take on our supply teachers for longer-term or temp-to-perm roles. We think that’s a huge testament to how much they enjoy working with us but it means we need a huge drive of educators to be able to offer schools a consistent level of high-quality teachers, teaching assistants and cover supervisors for both daily cover and longer.
