Our Primary Education Consultant Leah tells you about herself…

I joined Three R’s as a Primary Education Consultant back in November 2012. My primary responsibilities are to look after our Primary School clients across the county and to find employment opportunities for our fantastic primary teachers in Kent.

Having worked in education recruitment for five years, I have built up an excellent knowledge of local schools, which helps Three R’s to expertly match teaching candidates with the best schools for their skills, and to understand exactly what each school requires from a successful applicant.

Our approach to recruitment is very personal; it involves talking to schools and teachers and matching up skill sets to ensure that the best candidates are put forward for every role. We must be doing something right, as we are working with a record number of teachers and schools in Kent and the demand for our services just keeps growing!

I enjoy working with our fantastic team here at Three R’s. It’s still a tremendous buzz to come to work each day and I always enjoy the feel-good factor of matching a great candidate to the right school.
