Role: Food Technology Teacher

RARE VACANCY for a full-time Food Technology teacher to join a Canterbury-based school. You’ll bring your passion for cuisine to the classroom, cooking up lesson plans and taking on full planning and assessment responsibilities to ensure you have a recipe for success.
This role can be taken on temp-to-perm, or permanent for the right candidate and include a trial day with interview as part of the recruitment process.

The ideal Food Technology Teacher will:

• Teach engaging, practical lessons across KS3–KS4
• Inspire creativity, independence and confidence in the classroom
• Maintain high standards of health, safety and hygiene in practical lessons
• Hold QTS or equivalent UK-recognised teaching qualification
• Have an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
