Are you an enthusiastic EYFS Teacher seeking a new role for the upcoming academic year? Three R's have the perfect opportunity for a maternity cover position where you can join a supportive school community. Focused on continuous improvement, excellence and providing a nurturing environment for both students and staff, this school in the Tenterden area is ideal for a teacher who wants to build deeper relationships in a year-long contract.

The ideal EYFS Teacher will:

  • Have experience in teaching Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Demonstrate creativity and enthusiasm in delivering engaging lessons and activities
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive
  • Effectively manage classrooms independently and/or utilise support from Teaching Assistants and other staff members
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents to support student progress

EYFS Teacher requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised in the UK
  • Experience in teaching Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
